Custom preservation is charged hourly at $95/hour plus supplies. The utmost care is taken during these projects, but final quality depends on the condition that the specimen is received. Spiders, mantises, scorpions require gutting and stuffing. Customer chooses the final display and any adornments to the piece.
Turn around time ranges 3 to 6 weeks. Larger insects usually range $100-$250 for the finished piece. Smaller insects such as beetles range $50-$80 for the finished piece. In the case of the final piece being less than the deposit, a refund will be issued. The remaining payment is due before the final piece is picked up. Pictures and videos will be provided to the customer.
Drop off and pick up are prefered when possible. Beetles can be shipped more easily and instruction will be provided. These specimens are irreplaceable and I prefer not to risk shipping.
